Atty. Elmer S. Lucero

My dream has always been to become a lawyer. After I passed the Bar Exam, I decided to start my firm in order to develop personal, collaborative relationships with clients in need of legal services that help them both personally and professionally. My firm's mission is to make quality legal services accessible to all, especially to the less privileged.

I grew up in the Binondo-Manila area, particularly in Parola Compound/Delpan. I attended Universidad De Manila (formerly City College of Manila), where I received my undergraduate degree in AB Political Science. I continued my education at the Manilaw Law College, where I received my Juris Doctor degree.

I live with my wife and our two kids, in Antipolo. We enjoy traveling, food and wine, live music, spending time with friends and family, and getting out to enjoy all that life has to offer.
